Howell, Melissa
Melissa Howell is a speaker and author in Seattle who has traveled the country speaking for academy and youth events, retreats, and workshops . She graduated from Union College with a Batchelor of Arts in Theology and an emphasis in Youth Ministries, and from Andrews University with a Masters of Divinity and a second emphasis in Youth and Young Adult Ministry. She has taught Bible at Auburn Adventist Academy for several years, and has also been a girls’ assistant dean, and a Bible teacher overseas. She currently lives in the suburbs of Seattle with her husband Greg, where they split their time team-preaching and team-parenting their two little boys . Melissa loves any new place to travel, any excuse to throw a party, the quiet hours after midnight, and watching Adventism spark and catch fire in the eyes of a teenager.
